📋 REFUND POLICY
At Noble Wears, we curate premium men’s fashion and elite fragrances to elevate your personal style. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility by Category
- Men’s Fashion & Apparel: Clothing, outerwear, and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags completely attached. Garments may be tried on for sizing but must show zero signs of wear, scent transfer, or alteration.
- Fragrances & Colognes: Due to hygiene, cosmetic safety, and international shipping regulations, fragrances can only be returned if they are completely unopened and unused. The protective cellophane wrap, box seals, and safety packaging must remain completely intact. We cannot accept returns on any sprayed or unsealed colognes.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at help@noblewears.store to request a return authorization.
- Please explicitly specify if your return is for an apparel item or an unopened fragrance.
- If approved, we will issue step-by-step return instructions and the designated supplier return warehouse address.
- Important: Packages sent back without prior formal authorization will be automatically rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend heavily on the reason for your return:
- Fulfillment Errors: If the return is due to our error (defective atomizer, wrong size garment shipped, or item damaged in transit), we will issue a prepaid ground shipping label at zero cost to you.
- Standard Returns: If you are returning for a change of mind or an exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Standard Flat-Rate Return Fees:
- U.S. Returns: $10.99
- Canadian Returns: $19.99
- International Returns: $23.99 – $45.00 (varies by parcel weight)
Damages, Defects, and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away at help@noblewears.store if a bottle is cracked, a garment is torn, or an incorrect item was delivered. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items & Shipping Restrictions
- Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items, clearance inventory, or digital gift cards.
- Hazardous Materials Warning: Colognes contain alcohol and are legally classified as flammable liquids (hazardous materials). When executing an authorized fragrance return, you are required to use a ground transit service and comply with local postal shipping guidelines for liquid cosmetics.
